- PriceBase
CIBC World Markets sells data from its Financial Markets Database, under a service called PriceBase.
- The main feature of PriceBase is the fixed income securities pricing service which provides daily, on-line quotes to international data vendors and institutional investors
(approximately 14,000 daily bond quotes).
- PriceBase also provides index characteristics and constant maturity yield series, plus money market, FX, and futures/options data that takes our total daily figure to 17,000.
- We also provide a one-stop shopping facility to clients for fixed income securities pricing. Here, we commit to individually price all domestically issued Canadian-dollar denominated debt securities that are not already part of our extensive universe.
- Extensive historical time series are also available.
- We are the firm of choice for Canadian fixed income securities information. We have become a key information provider to the largest and best known electronic data vendors in Canada and around the world.
